Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of cycurion.com and its pages (the "Site"), operated by Cycurion, Inc. ("Cycurion," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Your use of Cycurion products and services is governed by separate agreements, not by these Terms.

Information on the Site

The Site, including the threat forecast, the watchlist, Cycurion Priority scores and related analysis, is provided for general information only. It draws on public data sources, including the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog and FIRST's Exploit Prediction Scoring System, that we do not control and that can change or contain errors. Scores and rankings are estimates, not guarantees, and are not specific to your environment.

Nothing on the Site is professional security, legal or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision. Decisions about your systems should be made with qualified professionals who know your environment.

Investor information

Cycurion is a public company listed on Nasdaq (CYCU). Statements on the Site about plans, products, markets or expected performance may be forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. For Cycurion's financial reporting, risk factors and filings, rely on the investor relations site at investors.cycurion.com and our filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Information on the Site speaks as of the date it was published, and we do not undertake to update it except as required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scan, probe, test or attempt to breach the security of the Site or its hosting infrastructure, or run vulnerability assessments or penetration tests against it, without our prior written authorization;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests or code designed to cause harm;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or data from the Site by automated means, except standard search engine indexing;
• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content;
• use the Site in violation of any law or to infringe anyone's rights.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Site, please report it to us privately at the contact address below instead of testing further. We appreciate good-faith reports.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, product screenshots, data compilations and software, are owned by Cycurion or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Cycurion, Cycurion Panoptic, Cycurion Habit, Cycurion Fathom, Cycurion Priority, the Cycurion logo, "Predict. Protect. Prevail." and "Cyber Risk Is Business Risk" are trademarks of Cycurion. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including copying, republishing or creating derivative works, requires our written permission. Public data from CISA and FIRST remains subject to those organizations' own terms.

Information you send us

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party sites

The Site links to sites we do not operate, including the investor relations site and public data sources. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYCURION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY FORECAST OR SCORE WILL PROVE CORRECT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYCURION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycurion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

Changes and general terms

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Cycurion about the Site.
